Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. For time-sensitive needs, we recommend placing orders ahead of key dates to accommodate potential transit variations.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal. Expedited shipping may be available for select regions—check your cart for real-time rates.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Some remote areas or islands may require extended delivery times or incur additional fees. During checkout, enter your address to confirm serviceability. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or certain restricted territories due to carrier limitations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. For consolidated orders with multiple items, tracking may update in stages. If you encounter discrepancies or haven’t received updates within 48 hours of shipment, access your account dashboard or contact us for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by 5+ business days, please first check the tracking details for updates. For unresolved issues, email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll collaborate with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund per our policy.

Customs & Import Duties
